DESCRIPTION: The project is an office building of Royal Jet with Two Pearls Estidama requirements. Our team has applied many strategies to reduce the energy consumption of the project in order to meet the Green Building Criteria. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the energy simulation and building modeling to calculate and estimate the energy consumption for the project and to determine the improvement percentage of the building.
